Lots of different teams, loads of different challenges, and hundreds of people who do - all from a huge range of backgrounds and walks of life, and all working together to keep our stores ticking over and our customers happy.

People Team

Our wonderful People Team (we’re slightly biased!) support all colleagues through their entire colleague lifecycle… every step of the way.

Our relentless focus is on attracting, retaining, engaging and developing fantastic colleagues and being an employer of choice is our overarching people mission.

Our Finance team are responsible for all things numbers.  From Purchase Ledger to Management Accounts and by partnering with the business they help us make the best financial decisions and plan for the future.

Throughout the department you’ll find Financial Accountants, Business Partners, Analysts, Purchase Ledger specialists, Assistants and Administrators.

Customer Services

Our in-house Customer Services team takes inbound calls and emails from customers day in, day out – we are happy to help on all kinds of customer queries, and we have thousands!  The customer services team pride themselves on offering a fantastic experience to ensure our customers are happy and resolve any issues they may have (as well as taking compliments too!)

In the team, we have Customer Service Advisors and Team Leaders as well.


IT provides essential support to our business, through a 1st and 2nd line helpdesk service. What’s more, we also have our own in-house development team who work on exciting new tech projects that help keep us forward thinking and ensuring things continue to run smoothly.

Across the IT team you’ll meet Service Managers, Service Desk Analysts, Infrastructure Analysts, Support Technicians, Developers, and Project Managers.


Our Property team manage our current portfolio of stores, as well as playing an important role in opening new stores. We also manage all inspections in-house and have our own in-house legal team to keep us on the right side of the law, too.

In our property team, you’ll find In-House Solicitors, Paralegals, Property Managers, Project Managers, Maintenance Administrators and Receptionists.

Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain department is responsible for managing stock levels in both our Distribution Centre and our stores. It’s all about working very closely with Trading/Buying, our Distribution Centre and Retail Ops while managing our relationships with global import companies, and looking after web merchandising based on customer activity.

The team consists of Supply professionals, Merchandisers, Allocators, Stock Controllers and Procurement Managers.

Trading & Buying

Our Trading and Buying Teams are the people who research, source, plan and buy the incredible ranges of products we sell - while also creating our own product ranges, too. Being part of the team means understanding customer demand, market trends, pricing and profitability, and it’s about making big purchasing decisions when it really matters.

The kind of roles you’ll find here include Buying Managers, Senior Buyers, Buyers, Buying Assistants, Web Buyers, QA Specialists and Graphic Designers.

Digital & Marketing

Our Digital and Marketing team play an incredibly important role across our business. They look after our online shop which is open 24/7 and which stocks over 5500 brilliant products, and make sure it provides a seamless buying experience - from the second a customer lands on our site right through to when a purchase review email lands in that customer's inbox. And they work in partnership with customer service to make sure 1 star reviews are flagged, that we’re always able to reach out to customers who need support, and that digital solutions are delivered quickly and efficiently.

In the team you’ll find a Digital Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Graphic Designers, Social Marketing Managers, and Digital Performance Managers.
