The bit "About the Role"

You will manage delivery of all Web Merchandising KPI’s. as well as managing the planned and effective flow of product through the fulfilment supply chain. 

  • To own and manage replen plans for specific planning groups within each Product Group in line with budget expectations.
  • Forward plan stock levels required by Web to satisfy sales in terms of skus, units and value by PG and Sub PG.
  • To support forecasting of web line level sales and influence web stock volumes.
  • Set allocation quantities for web and communicate to buying team to inform future orders.
  • To influence ranging decisions and forecasts of Web Ex lines with Buyers.
  • To manage web inventory to agreed stock volumes, budgets and pick slots within fulfilment DC.
  • To manage Web Top sellers from a stock and availability perspective and influence Buyers when replen stock is required.
  • To influence actions required across non movers, worst sellers and high cover lines.
  • To influence and work with fulfilment team to manage end-to-end product stock flow.
  • To ensure swift recycling of pick slots in order to support high churn of new lines.
  • To regularly cleanse lines back from the fulfilment site in response to slow sales. Have actions in place to support sell through of these lines via other channels.


  • Support and influence (with trading team / Buyer) web sales ATP and Margin.
  • Forecast all sales volume taking inputs from trading teams for promotions, new ranges and seasons.
  • Forecast and manage stock intake plans to deliver sales.
  • To hold regular consensus meetings with DC and external fulfilment to review and update sales and intake plans
  • Influence range improvements/ expansions as part of the new line process
  • To manage all aspects of Web Merchandising KPI’s (Stock turn / Stock investment / Stock Cover / DC capacity / Pick face capacity)
  • Recommend and manage Product Group OTB
  • Work with allocation team to ensure correct levels of promotional product is allocated to the Web
  • Work to ensure slow movers, under performers and aged stock are dealt with appropriately and profitably.
  • End to end management of Web replen process and cleanse.
  • Peak inbound plans completed in collaboration with the DC teams.
  • Support Multichannel improvements across various planning groups.
  • Attend regular Web meetings with all key stakeholders.
  • Build good working relationships with Buyers, Web Trading, DC, Fulfilment, and IT
  • Drive Self-development
