Become a Senior Search Marketing Manager


We are looking for a confident Search Marketing Manager to join our team. Supported by an SEO executive and PPC Executive, you will own the Organic and Paid search strategy including technical SEO, content SEO, Shopping, Search and Display channels. You will work collaboratively with other teams and departments to advise on best search practices overall, whilst using your stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure delivery of the overall search marketing strategy. Managing campaign execution, all optimisations and reporting processes for SEO and Paid search.

Your Mission


  • Develop and implement strategies for both paid and organic search channels.
  • Line management of PPC and SEO executives and build strong relationships with external partners such a Google.
  • Budget management and control
  • Relevant daily, weekly & monthly reporting to measure and report key performance metrics including traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ROI, identify opportunities to optimise.
  • Optimisation of product feeds
  • Build strong ways of working with paid social, affiliates, CRM teams and wider business teams including trading, buying and IT to drive alignment and action.
  • Ensure all campaigns, content and planning align and support the central marketing and trading plans, and all content and copy aligns to brand tone of voice.
  • Develop and present business cases stating clear benefits such as increasing search visibility and sales efficiency.
  • Develop and lead a test and learn roadmap across search, ensuring that we are using market and customer insight and adopting best practices.
  • Drive use of first party data to inform targeting and strategy.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.#

Skills that will set you apart.


  • Subject matter expert with a minimum of 3 years SEO and PPC experience in a managerial role
  • Deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO with strong content experience
  • Hands on experience managing PPC campaigns through Google Ads and Bing
  • A blend of creative and analytical skills, with experience in working with large sets of data
  • Ability to spot trends in data and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution / incrementality testing.
