Sales Assistant - Key Holder

16 hours per week

Location: Wimbledon

Pay rate: NMW plus additional £0.28p when completing Key Holder duties.

As a Sales Assistant, you will work as part of a small, super friendly team, delivering outstanding customer service, and just being your amazing self! From time to time, your manager or assistant manager will ask you to carry out some key holder responsibilities. This can range from; opening the store, closing the store and cashing up at the end of the day.

Our customers depend on the level of service we provide, so we really do need you to be on your game when they need you. Whist, also keeping the shelves stocked with our amazing products.

A bit about the role and what we need:

  • Work well together as a team and be known by customers for your outstanding customer service.
  • Manage and receive deliveries, often during trading hours with limited stock room space.
  • Strive to minimise costs, reduce waste and safeguard stock whilst complying with the Company price and promotional changes.
  • Have enthusiasm for the products in store, and be able to share your interest with your sales team and customers!
  • Be creative - you will have a lot of autonomy with the management team to merchandise and demonstrate products to your customers.

Social distancing recruitment
If you are selected and invited for an interview, this is likely to be on the telephone in the first instance, with a potential follow up via a video call using Zoom. Following successful interviews both on the telephone and via video call, you will be invited to visit the store so you can see for yourself before making a final decision.
