The short bit "About the Role"


We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is truly creative and hot on branding but isn't shy to roll up their sleeves with artworking. Although we are looking for someone ideally with 2 years or more experience, we are happy to consider a graduate if we spot a bit of a shining star! Reporting into our Head of Creative you will be responsible for the creation of our retail and brand campaign design and artwork within the Commercial team. With a passion for new ideas and creating inspiring content, you’ll be the type of person who loves to take a brief and see it all the way through to execution.

 

Some of the key responsibilities you will need to undertake:

 

Brand Campaigns


  • Creative support on all elements of brand campaign design including but not exclusive:
  • Social Media posts
  • Video content - create short product and promotional videos (Reels and TikToks) to be used across social media
  • Email - full design process management for email marketing
  • Print – brochures, billboards, press
  • Website banners
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output complies with brand guidelines.

 

Retail PoS/Signage


  • Creative support on all elements of retail design within the Commercial department and other supporting functions across the business including, but not exclusive:
  • PoS/signage promotional design
  • Permanent & semi-permanent signage
  • Product display and FSDU signage
  • Manage PoS/signage artwork from proof of concept through to print ready proofs
  • Support web team where required to assist with web banners based on up and coming promotions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a Graphic Designer role, either in-house or with an agency (although not essential)
  • In depth understanding of InDesign and proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience of working across multiple channels, including print
  • A creative thinker and ideas generator
  • Confident in shooting, editing, resizing and creating great looking content. Premiere Pro knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
