The short bit ‘About the Role’

 

Our brand is evolving, and we want you to be part of it. This newly created role, reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, is a unique opportunity to create, develop and own your own campaigns from start to finish, including all PR and Comms activity, budget management and agency relationships.

We are looking for someone who is creative, vibrant and inspiring and can create content to match, reaching new audiences with bold, fresh, standout ideas.

Some of the key responsibilities you will need to undertake:

  • Develop and deliver the Customer marketing plan, supporting the promotion plan as well as maximising key customer events and shopping missions.
  • Support the Head of Brand Marketing in developing and delivering an integrated Marketing PR & communications strategy in line with the business objectives, marketing strategy and budget.
  • Champion and protect our brand ensuring all communications are consistent across all customer touchpoints and always reflect our vision and brand values.
  • Support the Head of Brand Marketing to transform the brand into new, innovative, and inspiring campaigns across all channels.
  • Working closely with our Buying team to identify opportunities in the trading calendar for supplier funded campaigns.
  • Responsibility for generating the overall campaign concept and delivering that to key stakeholders in the wider Marketing & Ecommerce team.
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager to deliver a strong, creative and inventive content plan.
  • Create compelling customer journeys, working with relevant teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
  • Rebuilding the marketing calendar for the year to create new and innovative ways to bring success to the brand. 
  • Deliver post campaign analysis and brand tracking.
  • Support with budget management.
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the team and our partner agencies to deliver brilliant brand and content plans.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A proven track record in Brand Marketing with knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Substantial experience in campaign and content management.
  • Experience leading PR activity/projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience of retail is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of managing a small team.
